Welcome to the realm of curiosity and inquiry! We know that sometimes you are looking for quick answers. We try to cover the basic frequently asked questions, but should you not find what you are looking for, drop us a message below and one of our consultants will get back to you regarding your query. 

  • We do keep some samples of chair but not all, but you can view all the products at our factory in Booysens on appointment. Alternatively, you can purchase a sample product.

  • It depends on the product and quantity, but we aim for between 4-6 weeks. Unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control do occur and may result in delays to the delivery time. This will be communicated clearly if a problem arises.

  • Your chair is made to order according to your choice of wood, wood finish, steel finish and upholstery material.

    We do make custom designs on special request. Let us know your specifications and we will assist.

  • We have strict control of quality from material to delivery. If you find our products damaged in any way please take photos or videos to show to us and we will find a good solution.

    Depending on the product, the frame and workmanship on Wooden Products are warranted from between 1 and 7 years. Should the product be modified in any way, the warranty will be voided.

  • Sun causes damage to furniture and fabrics. So always keep your furniture out of direct sunlight and heat.

    Dust with a dry cloth and spot clean spills immediately avoiding harsh cleaning products and abrasives.
